PROCESSING & TAXES
When will my order be processed?
Due to the nature of each design being made to order, it can take up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be made and then dispatched.
We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible, and in most cases, orders will be processed and made immediately, and will ship out within one (1) to ten (10) business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to remote addresses as well as international orders. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines; Lorimer Jewellery cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met, especially during peak sale periods.
Please make sure your address is correct on your order. Lorimer Jewellery is not responsible for shipping address errors provided to us. If we are notified after the package has been sent out, we will do our best to get in touch with the shipping carrier to have the package re-routed back to us. If we receive the package back, we will provide the customer with the options to re-pay the shipping charge to have it sent to the correct address, or to have the item(s) refunded, original shipping charge excluded.
Taxes/Duties for International Shipments:
Duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. Lorimer Jewellery is not responsible for these fees.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING- Australia Post
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150AUD.
- Standard: $4.95 AUD (3-5 business days, & up to 7 business days for remote and regional areas).
- Express: $8.95 AUD (1-2 business days).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- USA + NZ: $20 AUD (3-5 business days). Free shipping on orders over $250 AUD.
- Asia: $30 AUD (5-7 business days). Free shipping on orders over $300 AUD.
- Middle East: $55 AUD (5-7 business days). Free shipping on orders over $300 AUD.
- Rest of the world: $30 AUD (3-5 business days). Free shipping on orders over $300 AUD.
It is our goal to provide you with our pieces in a timely and safe manner! However, the times above are estimates provided by Australia Post and DHL International, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by them and for items that are lost by them in transit.
Why did I receive seperate packages for my orders?
This is entirely dependent on your order.
Our packaging bags can comfortably fit jewellery bags and boxes and depending on your order, we may require several packaging boxes.
If we are experiencing delays with certain items, we may also send the first part of your order off early so that you can start wearing your Lorimer pieces as soon as possible.
This may lead to some packages arriving earlier than others, but we expect all packages to arrive safely!
If you have also ordered custom pieces, they will be travelling separately and will arrive at a different time to your other jewellery pieces.
